Interview Process

At Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, L.C., we want to ensure that potential employees are best suited for our type of work environment. After an initial review of resumes, applicants will be selected for a phone interview. For qualifying candidates, an online, pre-employment assessment and an interview conducted onsite with management and senior leaders of the applicant's desired department will follow.
