In addition to directing the firm’s tax department, Don also leads the firm’s corporate tax planning and ensures client compliance with taxing authorities. He has an extensive background in technical tax research, succession planning, estate planning, and mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Don is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
