How AGH's exit plan design & implementation service can help you

We help our business owner clients plan for the most critically important financial event of their lives: the transition out of their business. Our exit plan design and implementation service allows you to continue focusing on running your business, while we serve as the "general contractor" of your exit. We help you create an exit plan and work alongside you to coordinate your advisors throughout the multi-faceted – and often complex – process. Our service can minimize risks, obstacles, and challenges and ultimately keep you on the right path toward maximizing opportunities and completing this important aspect of your business and life.

Our phased process starts with understanding your objectives, both personal and business. We then assess your business and personal financial resources and identify the gaps that must be addressed to acheive your objectives. Through your team of advisors, we take a phased approach to achieve the critical steps and milestones necessary to eliminate those gaps, maximize the value of your business, and ensure your personal and business goals are met.
