Coaching people to be
successful at their organization.
As professionals advance in their career, they face challenges and situations that require an external perspective. AGH guides individuals to develop their own personalized coaching plan and helps them achieve their plan objectives.
Current CEOs and other leaders requiring coaching to better meet the expectations of their position.
Individuals being developed for a future role or facing a challenge in their current role.
Individuals interested in exploring different career pathways, for example in a family business environment.
High potential employees seeking developmental guidance.
Retain and develop key personnel as a competitive advantage.
Develop high-potential employees for key positions.
Provide a safe, objective, and confidential sounding board.
Address barriers to continued improvement and development.
Instill self-confidence in the individual's development plan and progress.
AGH’s coaches facilitate coaching meetings tailored to a coaching plan developed by the individual. Complementing organizational needs and objectives, the focus is on developing the individual in key areas that translate into becoming an overall better employee and leader. This approach allows the individual to become better at identifying areas for self-improvement as they arise and developing solutions to the challenges they face.
AGH will meet with an individual on a regular basis for a short-term engagement (generally less than a year) to help identify and achieve solutions to challenges they face. Meetings are generally 60-90 minutes focused on specific needs that the individual has identified.
Assessments may be used to help the individual better understand their personality, work styles, and personal characteristics. This improved awareness can instill confidence in their ability to lead and develop awareness and empathy for others in the business setting.
Coaches help the individual identify actions and solutions, provide situational guidance, and suggestions for learning and development resources when applicable. This approach allows the individual to take more ownership of their professional and personal development.
